Summary
Become a DIEHARD! alldlls.com/join Wyatt Johnston entered the National Hockey League at the start of the 2022-23 season and in his first four seasons he never missed a game, appearing in all 82 games four straight years. After playing in the team’s first five games this season, he was forced to miss last night’s game against the Colorado Avalanche due to an illness, snapping his consecutive games played streak at 333, which was the ninth-longest active streak in the NHL when it ended yesterday. Johnston did not travel with the team to Denver for tonight’s rematch with the Avalanche at Ball Arena (7:30 p.m. CT), so he will miss his second-ever NHL game. The Stars will be looking to answer back after coming up short 3-2 at home to Colorado last night, while the Avalanche would love nothing more than to put a little bit of distance between themselves and Dallas. On tonight’s DLLS Stars Pregame Show, we will discuss all the big storylines, we will take a look at the expected lineups and get you ready for puck drop in Denver. Expected starting goaltenders: Casey DeSmith (DAL) vs. Scott Wedgewood (COL).
