At TCS Live 2023, USA Hockey's Ken Martel demonstrated the Constraints-Led Approach through a series of handball-style mini-games using coaches from the audience. Every drill encourages certain behaviours while discouraging others. The challenge for coaches is to step back, observe what is actually happening inside a drill, and adjust the environment to create the habits and decisions they want to develop.
