Steve Dangle Podcast Network

Coach Rox's Take
I love SDPN. They are passionate, energetic, engaging and generally just entertaining. Yes, if Steve ever sees this, I am a Lightning fan, and I mostly watch his LFR when the Leafs lose. It's a very Leafs biased podcast but it's amazing to see the energy and love for the game. It's infectious and highly entertaining. A great way to hear about things happening around the NHL.

Coach Rox's Take
They're a bit crass and outspoken, but in a loveable way with mouths only mothers could love. But seriously, the boys are highly entertaining and interested in the more current and spectacular hockey news. Any controversies and major events in the NHL are usually covered, with some stories from their days in The Show (i.e. NHL), or good stories from some of the boys they know.
The Athletic Hockey show

Coach Rox's Take
Similar in content to SDPN but covers more of the league as a whole (rather than very Toronto and CAN focused like SDPN). I also find that their content is a bit more hockey game analytical and statistically focused. Their coverage on minor league hockey is pretty good as well. If you are trying to keep an eye on some of the next stars in the league, odds are, they have discussed those players. For the Fantasy Hockey fan, this is a solid resource for team building and discovering prospects.
