Schedule:
9 am to 11:50 am - On Ice
12:20 pm to 1:10 pm - Off Ice (sideboard, stickhandling & conditioning)
Video Analysis filmed on 1st or last day

Open To:
2016 and older (Limited to 14 players)

Includes:

• 1 Daily On ice Power skating session
• 1 Daily On ice Total Skills session
• 1 daily off ice session w/slide board, Skating Mechanics and stickhandling training
• 1 individual video analysis

Details:

• Limited to 14 players
• 4 hours of ice a day
• 50 minutes of off ice training w/sideboard sessions

Breakdown:
This program is designed for the athlete ready to take their game to the next level. There is limited down time in the program as the focus is on training. This camp is designed for travel hockey players.

Each player will receive a video analysis breaking down their individual skating and specific corrections for improvement.
